• The Boot Dealer AU — an e-commerce brand built end to end: sustained profitability, a 10k social media following, and collaborations with brands, creators and professional athletes, alongside daily marketing, finance and logistics.
• Quantifying Client Metrics (IBM) — an end-to-end automated workflow quantifying client usage data, normalising statistics and surfacing SaaS product value through PowerBI dashboards.
• UI Accessibility Enhancements (IBM) — data-quality validations, alerts and warnings, plus platform accessibility improvements aligned to WCAG guidelines.
• Overhauling Client Entitlements (IBM Envizi) — rebuilt the legacy system for collecting client entitlement and usage data, streamlining data collection and optimising hub programs and schedules.
• Soar Solutions Website — a React website for a physiotherapy business with user-focused booking, contact and scheduling features.
• AI Learning Digest — an LLM-powered daily email digest built on OpenRouter that curates and summarises personal learning content into a newsletter.
• Team Fines Tracker — a transparent ledger for tracking fines across a soccer squad of 25+ players.
• Travel Pricing Data Pipeline and Scraper — a scraper that pulls recent Booking.com listings for chosen areas to surface holiday deals as they appear.
• Specialist AI Agents — a set of narrow-domain AI agents designed to be composed together to handle more complex tasks.
